Who is this class suitable for?
Glute camp is a female only class, suitable for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced, as exercises can be modified or progressed based on individual ability and experience.
How long is the class?
Each class is around 45-60 minutes including warm up and cool downs.
Is the class a fast-paced workout?
No, primarily glute camp is not a fast-paced cardio style class. However depending on programming there may be some faster paced work included.
Will the class help with weight loss?
Glute camp can support fat loss, muscle growth and overall health when combined with a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, it is important to book in advance to secure your space and plan the class depending on participant numbers.
